History

The Group ASD INTERNATIONAL was created in France following to the opening of the borders to help the French companies in the establishment of their declarations of exchanges of goods (DEB/INTRASTAT ). Although the intra-Community trade was simplified, many tax, social and customs characteristics remain and the Group ASD INTERNATIONAL in parallel developed an activity of tax agent and fiscal and social representative in France for foreign companies. Today the Group ASD INTERNATIONAL proposes these same services on a European scale through its subsidiaries.
