Following the announcement of the Czech Parliament on the approval and transposition of the measures of the e-commerce VAT package<\/strong> and its publication in the Official Journal, the Tax Administration has clarified that this new regulation only took effect on 1 October 2021<\/strong> instead of its introduction in the European Union on 1 July 2021.<\/p>\n\n
