<strong>the Intrastat return in France (so-called &#8220;Declaration of exchange of goods&#8221;) will be radically changed as of 1st January 2022.<\/strong> <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p>At present, France has opted to simplify the reporting procedure by integrating both the statistical and the fiscal aspects.&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\">As a consequence and from 1 January 2022, this new regulation will introduce the following scheme:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A statistic return regarding intra-community exchange of goods so-called &#8220;Monthly Statistical Survey on Intra-European Union Trade in Goods <strong>(EMEBI -Enqu\u00eate Mensuelle statistique sur les \u00c9changes de Biens Intra-union europ\u00e9enne) <\/strong>in France;<\/li><li>A fiscal return so-called &#8220;EC sales List&#8221;. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p><p class=\"p1\">According to the explanatory memorandum, <strong>this new implementation is introduced in order to reduce the related administrative burden<\/strong>.<span
