Kingdom: Exporters&#8217; obligations postponed again"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>London has again <strong>postponed the application of sanitary and phytosanitary checks on European goods imported into the UK.<\/strong>&#13;\n<br\/><br\/>&#13;\nIn August 2023, the UK government announced a three-month postponement of these checks, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asd-int.com\/en\/brexit-new-obligations-for-exporters-to-the-uk-from-the-end-of-october-2023\/\">originally scheduled for October 2023<\/a> and now <strong>set for 31 January 2024.<\/strong>&#13;\n<br\/><br\/>&#13;\nPhysical checks will also be delayed, with implementation scheduled for April 2024.&#13;\n<br\/><br\/>&#13;\nThe detailed timetable is available in the guide &#8220;The Border Target Operating Model: August 2023&#8221;, published on 29 August.&#13;\n<br\/><br\/>&#13;\nThis is the fifth time since Brexit that London has changed the timetable for implementing these formalities, which were initially scheduled for July 2021.&#13;\n<br\/><br\/>&#13;\nThe UK government justifies the postponement by saying that it wants to give stakeholders time to
