Exporting companies must check whether their products are affected in order to anticipate their regulatory obligations and secure their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asd-int.com\/gestion-des-formalites-douanieres-et-dedouanements\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\">import-export customs formalities<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Which products are concerned?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">European Regulation (EU) 2021\/821<sup data-fn=\"e15a08c2-3a1a-4cb3-b434-0d1c43385dae\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#e15a08c2-3a1a-4cb3-b434-0d1c43385dae\" id=\"e15a08c2-3a1a-4cb3-b434-0d1c43385dae-link\">2<\/a><\/sup> governs the <strong>export of goods, software and technologies<\/strong> that may be used for both civilian and military purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 2026 update introduces new product categories and modifies certain technical specifications. Companies must therefore <strong>verify the classification of their goods<\/strong> and any required authorisations.
