July 28<\/a> <em>(in French)<\/em>, 2020 entered into force on July 30,2020.<\/p>\n\n<p>The decree includes rules such as:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>It sets the terms of support for professional expenses by the <strong>employer seconding employees<\/strong>;<\/li><li>It modifies the procedures for prior declarations and the issuance of professional identification cards (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.soposting-worker.com\/en\/construction-worker-professional-card\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Carte BTP<\/a> in the construction sectors);<\/li><li>It strengthens the sanctioning powers of the <a href=\"http:\/\/direccte.gouv.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Direccte<\/a> (French Regional Directorates for Business, Competition,
