href=\"https:\/\/www.asd-int.com\/en\/brexit-a-gradual-return-to-customs-inspections\/\">customs controls on entry into the UK will be gradually re-established<\/a> over a period of 6 months from the end of the transition period. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>UK&#8217;s HMRC has just updated the list of goods that will be subject to mandatory customs controls<\/strong> from 1 January 2021.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0 <br\/><br\/><\/span>The list includes, but is not limited to, the following categories of goods:<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>products subject to excise duty;<\/li><li>controlled goods (that usually need a licence or are subject to additional duty charges)<\/li><li>endangered animal or plant specie;<\/li><li>and goods subject to anti-dumping and countervailing duties.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><p>Source: <a
