Czech Republic.<\/p><p>However, the Czech <a href=\"\/en\/service\/fiscal\/vat-refund\/foreign-vat-reimbursement\/\">VAT will only be refunded<\/a> if the following conditions are has not carried out any operation that would require it to register for VAT in Czech Republic<\/b> during the period the refund concerns;<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fas fa-check\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">The VAT has been <b>invoiced regularly<\/b> by the seller or the provider;<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fas fa-check\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">The VAT was paid for <b>purchases of goods or services used for operations that give rise to the right of deduction<\/b>;<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span outside of the European Union can file Czech VAT refund claims<\/strong> without needing to appoint a <a href=\"\/en\/service\/fiscal\/tax-representative\/why-appoint-a-fiscal-representative\/\">tax representative<\/a>. Nevertheless, they can always appoint a <a href=\"\/en\/why-appoint-a-tax-agent\/\">tax agent<\/a> who will take charge of all the steps of your Czech VAT refund claim.<\/p><p>They can file their claims either for a calendar quarter or for a calendar year.<\/p><p>If their claim is submitted for a calendar quarter, it must be on a VAT amount of CZK 7,000 minimum.<\/p><p>If their claim is
