Europea: Nuevo mecanismo de ajuste en frontera por carbono (MAFC)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Mecanismo de Ajuste en Frontera por Carbono, conocido en ingl\u00e9s como <strong>CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism)<\/strong> es un nuevo instrumento regulador introducido por la <a href=\"https:\/\/european-union.europa.eu\/index_es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/a> desde el 1 de octubre de 2023.<\/p>\n\n<p><p>El objetivo de este mecanismo es someter los productos importados en el territorio aduanero de la UE a una <strong>tarificaci\u00f3n del carbono<\/strong> equivalente a la que se aplica a los fabricantes europeos de estos productos.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p>El objetivo principal de este r\u00e9gimen es <strong>luchar contra las fugas de carbono<\/strong>, en un contexto de aumento de las ambiciones clim\u00e1ticas a escala europea.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p>Para limitar la complejidad del sistema, el MAFC se aplicar\u00e1 inicialmente s\u00f3lo a determinados bienes denominados \u00absimples\u00bb que est\u00e1n muy expuestos al riesgo de fuga de carbono:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acero,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cemento,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aluminio,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abonos nitrogenados,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hidr\u00f3geno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>En conjunto, estos
