Op 25 mei 2018 heeft de Commissie technische wijzigingen voorgesteld ter aanvulling van het recente hervormingsvoorstel om het btw-stelsel in de EU beter bestand te maken tegen fraude. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><b> De Invoering van het enkele online portaal &#8220;OSS<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> De invoering van een definitief systeem vereist een discussie tussen de lidstaten, die zal moeten worden afgesloten met belangrijke wijzigingen van de btw-richtlijn, en ongeveer 200 van de 408 artikelen in de btw-richtlijn zullen moeten worden aangepast.<br \/>\nGrensoverschrijdende handel in goederen zal als een &#8220;enkele belastbare handeling&#8221; worden beschouwd die de belasting van goederen in de lidstaat waar het goederenvervoer eindigt zal waarborgen. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><b> Wijzigingen met betrekking tot de uitvoering van het enkele online portaal &#8220;OSS&#8221;<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> Om de btw-formaliteiten voor alle B2B-operatoren af \u200b\u200bte ronden, stellen de wijzigingen voor om de nodige maatregelen in te voeren om een \u200b\u200benkel online portaal op te zetten. Bedrijven buiten de Europese Unie die aan andere bedrijven binnen de EU willen verkopen kunnen ook van dit systeem profiteren, ze hoeven dan niet langer voor btw-doeleinden in elke lidstaat te registreren. Entiteiten buiten de EU moeten echter een EU-intermediair aanwijzen om btw-formaliteiten af \u200b\u200bte handelen.<br \/>\nDe facturering door de verkoper moet de btw vermelden die verschuldigd is bij een verkoop van goederen aan zijn klant in een ander EU-land, tegen het tarief dat van toepassing is in de lidstaat van bestemming.<br \/>\nHet is dan de koper van de goederen die alleen btw verschuldigd is als de klant een gecertificeerde belastingplichtige is, als een betrouwbare belastingplichtige die als zodanig door de belastingdienst wordt erkend.<br \/>\nE\u00e9n zekerheid blijft bij deze ambitieuze hervorming, het kan een moeilijke wending zijn voor bedrijven om hun factureringsproces te herzien. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">ASD Group biedt haar beheerdienst aan die gericht is op btw in de EU.
