Dankzij <a href=\"http:\/\/www.douane.gouv.fr\/articles\/a14896-accord-de-partenariat-economique-ue-japon\">het handelsverdrag dat is getekend tussen Japan en Nederland<\/a>\u00a0(link in het Frans) profiteren <strong>Japanse importeurs <\/strong>en Nederlandse importeurs van verlaagde douanerechten die van \u00a015% naar 0% kunnen zakken.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"vc_custom_heading title_h2 vc_custom_1568379504813\">Profiteer van geen of lage douanerechten dankzij het verdrag dat tussen Japan en Nederland is getekend<\/h2>\n<p>Dit akkoord harmoniseert aan beide kanten bepaalde <strong>douaneregels<\/strong> tussen de twee partijen en schaft op termijn 97% van de douanerechten af voor de <strong>export naar Japan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  list_square\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<ul>\n<li>Voor 90% van de producten gelden al geen of verlaagde douanerechten;<\/li>\n<li>Voor 7% van de producten worden de douanerechten progressief over 7 jaar verminderd;<\/li>\n<li>Voor 3% van de producten is er geen akkoord meer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"vc_custom_heading title_h4\">De voordelen zijn niet systematisch<\/h2>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  bloc_txt\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Om in aanmerking te komen voor geen of verlaagde douanerechten is een voorbereidend dossier nodig om:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  list_square\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<ul>\n<li>De statuten van de importeurs en de exporteurs te beheren;<\/li>\n<li>De classificatie van de relationele producten tussen Nederland en Japan vast te stellen;<\/li>\n<li>De preferenti\u00eble oorsprong van de goederen te identificeren;<\/li>\n<li>De rechten op voordelen op te meten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--2\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-color has-accent-color has-background has-background-background-color no-border-radius\" href=\"\/nl\/contact\/\">Vraag de ASD Group om douane-assistentie<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Voor de ASD Group kiezen is voor zekerheid kiezen <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In de douane-sector, net als in alle andere sectoren, is preventie een waarborg voor zekerheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze douane-overeenkomsten zijn ingewikkeld en de belangen zijn groot.
