European Union – The European Commission published Explanatory Notes on the new VAT e-commerce rules

The European Commission published, on 30th September 2020, explanatory notes linked to the introduction of the e-commerce VAT reform. 

This notice contains thorough details and clarifications in order to allow businesses to be fully ready.

As a reminder, this reform, initially planned for 1st January 2021, has been postponed to 1st July 2021.
