In a letter to business regarding new trade agreements with the EU from January 1, 2021, HMRC promises that more information on the movement of goods between Great Britain and Northern Ireland will soon be available.
HMRC also reiterates the importance of obtaining an EORI number in the UK quickly and the timetable for the gradual return of customs import controls in the UK.
