Brexit – Intrastat declarations in the UK after January 1, 2021

From 1 January 2021, it will no longer be necessary to file Intrastat declarations for the movement of goods from the UK to the EU.

On the other hand, Intrastat declarations will still have to be filed in the UK for:

• imports of goods into Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales) from the EU until December 31, 2021;
• the movement of goods between Northern Ireland and the EU.
