Brexit – Intrastat declarations in the UK after January 1, 2022

From 1 January 2022, it will no longer be necessary to file Intrastat declarations for the movement of goods between the UK and the EU.

As a reminder, since 1 January 2021 and until 31 December 2021, Intrastat declarations will still have to be filed in the UK for the imports for goods into Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales) from the UE. 

Please note that the movement of goods between Northern Ireland and the EU still requires an Intrastat declaration.
