Denmark: Increase in Intrastat thresholds in 2024

From 2024, the Danish tax authorities have decided to introduce a number of changes to the reporting requirements for intra-Community trade.

The new Intrastat 2024 thresholds come into force on 1 January:

Threshold for listing increased from DKK 22 million to DKK 41 million
Le seuil à l’expédition passe de 11 millions DKK à 11,3 millions DKK

If the thresholds are exceeded during 2024, the obligation to file Intrastat declarations will apply from the month in which the thresholds were exceeded.
