On 30 July 2020, the Order of 20 February 2019 transposing into French law Directive (EU) 2018/957 (in French) came into force. It aims at improving the working conditions and protection of posted workers.
These new rules of the European Parliament and Council of 28 June 2018 deal with the posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services within the European Union.
These new European measures on posted workers enshrine the principle of “equal pay for equal work at the same workplace”.
