The Polish Parliament has finally announced the approval and transposition of the measures of the e-commerce VAT package (Ustawa o podatku od towarów i usług) which entered into force on 1 July 2021 into Polish law as of 24 June 2021.
This decree-law will enter into force on 30 June 2021.
