The Belgian Government has announced the upcoming partial transposition of the measures of the e-commerce VAT package that will enter into force on 1 July 2021 into Belgian law on 22 June 2021.
This Royal Decree has received a positive opinion from the Belgian Council of State and will be transposed into national law very soon.
