Today, companies are more developing internationally. Expanding its market becomes important, to compete and gain a worldwide reputation.

As a result, employees need to travel, the company hires employees abroad or sends them on a mission to another country. This article deals with two of these topics: social representation and posting of workers.


When a company wants to hire an employee abroad, it does not have to physically set up. It can use a representative who will hire an employee for it and will be the link between the local government and the company. This practice allows the company to test the desired market without having to invest heavily.

The regulations are different from a country and sector to another. 

For example, in France, some sectors such as construction, transport, the tertiary sector and events are more concerned with the posting of workers. In the construction sector, a company posting an employee to France must appoint a representative in France, make a declaration, provide the employee with a construction identification card, etc.
