Businesses established in the European Union are entitled to a refund of VAT paid in any of the 27 EU Member States.
This year, applications for refunds of VAT (8th Directive) paid in 2023 by businesses established in the EU must be submitted by 30 September 2024 at the latest.
Please respect these dates or risk losing the VAT paid in 2023.
