The Ministry of Labour, Employment and Economic Inclusion has just published a new circular in order to include the new national and European regulations that have come into force regarding the posting of workers.
This new circular, drawn up by the General Direction of Labour, aims to provide “exhaustive and up-to-date information” regarding the regulations applicable to international posting of workers. Said circular is composed of five main points including:
- provisions available for posted workers;
- employers’ obligations regarding declarations, inspections and financial guarantee;
- or the administrative sanctions provided in the event of non-compliance.
Note: this new circular concerns only secondment as provided in the labour law and doesn’t impact the specific measures regarding transport.
With our online service dedicated to managing the posting of employees, So Posting Worker, we take charge of all your obligations related to the secondment of workers and support you in all your administrative procedures.
