The Lithuanian government has transposed the rules relating to the e-commerce VAT package which will enter into force on 1 July 2021 in the European Union.
The Lithuanian Tax Administration has published on its website all the regulations as well as the details of the administrative procedures to benefit from the new introduced schemes (OSS/IOSS).
