The Swiss Government has recently adopted, with effect from 1 January 2022, the revision of the Harmonised Commodity Description and Coding System (HS) Convention with an exemption from customs duties on imports of industrial products.
This measure will be introduced unless one of the political parties in Switzerland initiates a referendum.
