The customs administration has modified its procedure for the issuing binding tariff information (BTI).
Now, the procedure is totally dematerialized. In fact, since January 12, 2022, the French customs no longer issue copies by post.
From now, the digital version of BTI will serve as proof. You can get your BTI via the SOPRANO-RTC online service, section “view my authorizations” / “authorizations given” / “print”. For more information, contact our experts.
